This modest Hoosier city located in central Indiana is our first city under seige. The contrast is stark. Bloomington is a cultural and educational hub for some of the most noteworthy features of this State.

Just under the surface, Bloomington is also a center for crime, in Indiana. The problems are systemic, overwhelming and the community is starting to loose the battle to preserve what they worked so hard to build.

We have some of the best trained Police, Fire and EMS professionals in the state. The problem Bloomington is facing has nothing to do with their ability to fight crime.
